Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our bean bags, folding chairs, folding tables, game tables, and gaming chairs. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and unassembled
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Important Exception: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on bean bags that have been removed from their original packaging or show signs of use. All bean bag sales are final once opened.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
  3. We’ll email you a return authorization number and instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to us at the address provided

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to process

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for changed mind returns.

Exchange Process

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the replacement product. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a free return shipment and send a replacement product at no additional cost.
